Our optical services include Precision Fabrication and Testing, Optical Finishing and Optical Thin Film Coatings.
Specifically, we specialize in the core drilling, sawing, dicing, generating, and manufacturing of lenses, filters, windows, mirrors, diffusers and prisms. We are a custom optical components manufacturer so we have the ability to make our optics to your requirements.
We manufacture using all different types of optics glass. Some of the glass types we are familiar with are both Hoya and Schott Filter glass, Float and plate glass, Pyrex, Borofloat, Fused Silica both UV and standard, BK7, Zerodur and a large range of the specialty high index glasses both flint and crown glass.
Our optical components capabilities include custom manufacturing both prototype and production runs, precision grinding, polishing (1/20 wave,10-5 Laser Quality), cementing, assemblies and windows parallel to within 2 arc seconds. We can manufacture optical parts ranging from 2mm diameter to 381mm diameter.
Special services include coatings using our relationships with many of the top coating companies and a commitment that we are the ones totally responsible for getting you finished optical parts to your specifications. We treat all optical coatings as if they were done in-house so that you, the customer don't have the worry about who is to blame. We work with many of our customers on JIT programs and Blanket orders thus giving you the best flexibility and the most cost effective pricing. Our goal is to produce zero defect optical components while adhering to a 100% on-time delivery policy.
